How do I delete my account?

Open the Bellmade app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account and all associated personal data. This action cannot be undone.

How do I manage my subscription?

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you can manage your subscription through your device's subscription settings. If you subscribed through another platform, please contact us for assistance.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, go to your device's subscription management (App Store or Google Play settings). Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. For subscriptions through other platforms, please contact us.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to reset your password. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use those sign-in options instead.

How do I request my personal data?

You can request a copy of your personal data or ask us to correct or delete it by emailing admin@bellmade.app. See our Privacy Policy for full details on your rights.
