Welcome to Bellmade! These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our fitness training app. By accessing or using Bellmade, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using Bellmade, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.
To use Bellmade, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract with us. By using Bellmade, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
To access certain features of Bellmade, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may use Bellmade only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use Bellmade in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation, for the purpose of exploiting or harming minors in any way, or to transmit any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.
You agree not to use any automated devices or processes to access Bellmade, introduce any malicious software, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any parts of Bellmade or its connected systems.
Bellmade and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Bellmade, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Bellmade for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any material on our App.
Bellmade offers three subscription tiers — Free, Plus, and Unlimited — each providing different levels of feature access. Certain features require a paid subscription. Individual training programs may also be available for separate purchase. By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. We will bill you through the payment method you provide at the time of purchase. Feature availability for each tier is described within the app and may change over time.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to Bellmade immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
The App provides fitness training programs, exercises, and related content intended for informational purposes only. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or injury before starting any fitness program.
By using the App, you acknowledge that engaging in physical exercise and fitness activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, pain, soreness, and in extreme cases, death. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your use of the App and participation in any exercise program.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Bellmade, its affiliates, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use Bellmade.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to, them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or Bellmade shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of Bellmade after the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
